Even Global Sales Managers Struggle with 'What Should I Post?' — You’re Not Alone

Few global sales professionals excel at personal branding. Isn't it strange? You persuade buyers every day, yet you’re stuck on what to share. When we talk to export managers, they all say: 'Posting product info feels like spam, and personal posts feel too casual...'

It turns out the common dilemma for global sales managers is: you convince buyers every day, but have no idea what to post on social media.

I once posted a draft of a cold email I sent to a prospect on Threads, and a potential buyer actually sent me a DM first. That surprising experience is exactly why I'm sharing this.

It makes sense; in B2B, results take time, so it's hard to find the right 'timing' to post. When you're in a cycle where a cold email leads to a PO three months later, it’s difficult to know what to document.

In our conversations with export managers (which naturally happen while we help them find buyers at Rinda), we've found that sharing the process works better than sharing the results. Documenting the process of refining a cold email or hitting a wall in market research is more relatable—and it’s actually what people search for.

If you've had a similar experience, let's talk about it on the Rinda channel 👉
