100 Ads from One Product Photo? Here’s What Happened When We Put It to the Test

The claim of generating 100 ad creatives from a single product photo seemed too good to be true. When our team tested it, we hit an unexpected bottleneck—not in the number of assets, but in the context. Out of the 100, here is how many were actually usable for international B2B buyers.

It wasn't the quantity of the ads; it was the context. This is the real core of the problem, even if we didn't realize it at first.

🧪 The Rinda team decided to put the "generate 100 ad assets from one photo" claim to the test. We hit a single roadblock—it wasn't the technology, but the context.

Most of the assets the AI produced were B2C-style, focusing on how "pretty" the product is. But what international buyers actually care about is, "How well will this sell in my retail stores?" The AI simply doesn't understand that distribution context.

📦 The ironic part was that when we only uploaded the photo, the copy kept coming back as "Fresh design, global style." When we added exactly one line—"Targeting mid-sized supermarket buyers in Southeast Asia, emphasizing delivery reliability"—the quality and relevance of the usable assets shifted dramatically.

💡 It wasn't about the number of ads; it was about the context.

For those of you using AI tools for B2B global sales, how are you currently incorporating context into your prompts?
